All About Baguettes - November 3, 2019  3-6PM  $100  CANCELED, will be rescheduled

  • In this class, we will learn how to make up different baguette doughs and how to shape baguettes.  We will also show you how to prepare your home oven so you can get similar results to what we get in our ovens at the bakery.  We will show you how to store your work for enjoyment later, too.

Thanksgiving Breads - November 17, 2019  3-6PM  $100

  • Need ideas for your table or a contribution to your host's Thanksgiving dinner?  We'll teach you a couple of stunning breads that will be welcome additions, no matter where you are.  We will make a savory bread, biscuits and scones, all suitable for your Thanksgiving meal and breakfast

Classes?  We've got you!

We love what we do, and we would love to share our knowledge with you.  Our classes are limited to 10-12 people so we can ensure hands-on teaching.  At the end of class, you will take home recipes and the products you made and, we hope, great memories.  

Please come to class comfortably dressed.  Long hair should be pulled back into a pony tail or bun.  Long sleeves and non-slip shoes are recommended. The  oven room is hot, and, well, we are dealing with very hot ovens.

There are only 10-12 spaces per class and students will be enrolled on a first come, first served basis.  Once a class has been reserved, an online invoice will be sent.  Enrollment in the class will be guaranteed once payment is received.  If a class is full, we will be happy to wait-list you in case a spot opens up.  If you are unable to attend a class which has already been paid for, we will do our best to enroll you in another class, as long as it is no less than 7 days before the class is to be taught.
