Organic Rouge de Bordeaux Sourdough


This French red wheat is grown organically and milled in Texas. We get this flour from Barton Springs Mill in Dripping Springs. We love this whole wheat flour for its unique hint of cinnamon or some other "bakery" spice. This in not something we added at the bakery; the wheat naturally has the subtle spice note. Like all of our sourdoughs and French breads, this loaf has no sugar. Modern wheat, non GMO
